PPR Worldwide France (PPR) helped to refresh the 4th recruiting campaign launched by Gustave Roussy, one of the world’s leading cancer research centres and Fondation Philanthropia. To identify and mobilise the world’s best talents with the ambition to push through the boundaries of oncology, we orchestrated the new campaign, creating the claim and tools around “Be a part of the next change in oncology”.
Within the program “Course of Excellence in Oncology – Fondation Philanthropia”, the campaign aims to recruit four doctoral candidates, making a selection from a high-calibre group of oncology-interested candidates, from those with Master’s Degrees and PhDs to engineers and budding researchers. PPR proposed a new positioning to communicate to these targets, based on the value of excellence and innovation, in the heart of change, and staged it around the forces of links between future PhD and their mentors. Renowned researchers and young researchers are ambassadors of the campaign and the tone of the campaign is modern and human-oriented aimed at enhancing scientific ambition and passion to fight cancer to change the lives of millions of people.
The campaign started in November 2015 and will conclude in March 2016. The communication program is based on an integrated approach, with website display banners in selected scientific magazines (Science and Nature), leaflets and posters to be downloaded and distributed through schools, universities and institutes, and a digital campaign including Facebook and LinkedIn activations, focusing on France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, UK, Germany, USA and Canada.
