PPR has partnered with Emirates in Australia and New Zealand since 2000, and at the time the airline had only one daily flight into Australia. Today there are 77 flights a week from Australia and 28 flights from New Zealand.
Our relationship with the brand extends far beyond traditional media relations. To support the business’ aspiration to become a global brand leader, we partner with Emirates to deliver a full spectrum of communications thinking and services.
Sponsorship management is a pillar of the ongoing strategy supported by our team to embed the airline within local markets.
Partnering with Emirates, we have also devised communication plans to publicise route launches, including the brand’s entry into the Adelaide market and the addition of A380 services on routes into Australia and New Zealand.
Our team delivers ongoing insights related to the industry landscape and trade communications, and supports the initiatives of Emirates’ Skycargo.
PPR manages stakeholder relationships for the brand and regularly engages with lifestyle influencers, tier one corporate media and travel, trade and industry journalists and bloggers.
PPR is also tasked with driving local social media engagement initiatives to target the Australian and New Zealand traveller and increase further consideration and trial for the airline.
